Change the World One Letter at a Time!

Be a part of something big. This summer(2014) I will be writing a letter a day to various people. I am challenging each of you(I am assuming you are here because you got one of my letters) to write a letter to somebody. This way, we can make a change for good in the world and we all can feel good about it!

Greetings from Wisconsin! People are glad I've returned because apparently the weather has changed to better since my arrival. Seem like June has hit and it's instantly summer. I'm glad because I just bought my fishing license yesterday. Soon I'll be out on a pretty lake like the one on this card. I hope you both are enjoying the summer so far. I'd love to hear of your adventures. Enjoy! Alice

You're probably in Guatemala right now and this postcard will end up sitting around waiting for you to get back to Provo. I guess somethings are worth the wait. I saw this card and knew I had to send it to you. When does the man get back from England anyway? I totally stalk him via his blog. I loved his York pictures; they brought back so many memories from my trip last summer. I'm enjoying life at home. The first week back is always the time to catch up on lost sleep. It's been glorious to sleep in! Hope all is well with you! Alice

Hey You! How is one of the most positive people I know doing? I really do have to tell you your great attitude always lifts me! Thanks for being so amazing! So, have you done anything exciting yet this summer? If you haven't, get on it!!! I've spent sometime with family. My sister and niece picked me up at the airport in Milwaukee Saturday. Sunday we drove to Green Bay to meet up with my parents who had attended my dad's class renunio near there. We also had a family BBQ w/my aunt @ her house and today I shoppped and had lunch w/two aunts, my grandma, and mom! And I got to my Rhinelander home! It's been awesome so far! Alice

Hey! We made it to summer. Yipee! I still remember you standing in the hall before 6th and 7th hours. I think a piece of you will aways be in those halls! It was awesome to have you as part of our family and team. (Even if it was for a short time!) Did you start the new job? Liking it? I've had a packed few days since getting home! I got to spend time with Aunts from my Mom's side as well as my 85 yr old grandma! It's been awesome. The biggest and best part of being home is the family! Well, hope you are enjoying the freedom. Cheers, Alice

Hey kiddo! What's shakin'? I hope this card finds you in good spirits and feeling well. You've got me a little worried these days! I'm thinking of you often and putting good words in for you with Heavenly Father! :)

I have already had some major fun while being home. The first night I spend with my sister and niece in Milwaukee. They were nice enough to drive an hour from Madison to get me! We then ventured to Green Bay for a family BBQ. Brats are awesome!!! My cousin and her cute little family came and her husband even cooked for us. My Grandma came as well. She's hilarious. Today she said to my Aunt Cindy, while trying to figure out the bill at lunch: "Just take my $20 and give me your $100." I love her logic.

I had a great talk with Aunt Linda about Tom(Uncle who recently died) last night. So healing! Now go heal yourself! Alice

Postcards a Plenty

I thought I would post the first big batch of postcards. Hope you all have been enjoying them. Feel free to leave a comment or two on the one you recieved. If you got ##11, I would love to know what I wrote to you and who you are. Apparently, I did not take a picture of what I wrote so it has vanished. I am looking forward to getting some postcards from y'all but haven't had any come yet! Cheers, Alice(a.k.a the postcard queen!)
